Doctor Who is a long running British sci-fi TV series that follows the adventures of the Doctor, an alien Time Lord from the planet Gallifrey. The Doctor travels through time and space in the TARDIS, a ship disguised as a blue police box, fighting evil forces, helping civilizations, and inspiring hope. The show is known for it's imaginative storytelling, featuring the Doctor regenerating into a new form when mortally wounded, allowing for different actors to play the iconic role.
