I really like how sometimes the tardis becomes part of the horror. Because the doctor assures us and the companions often that the tardis is a safe place that cannot be breached- but once it is, once it becomes part of the terror, there isn't a safe place to hide or get a quick getaway anymore. A theory I have, also, is that Mrs Flood is the trickster's harbinger. She knows more than she lets on, she is very nearby to Ruby, and Ruby sang his theme when held hostage by Maestro. She might be his child a part of his and Sutekh's new game or trap.

The voice of Sutekh, Gabriel Woolf, is also the voice of The Beast from Satan Pit. Ruby's mother also said the voice was The Beast. Do we think that was just an Easter egg? I expect Mrs Flood will be something but not sure what. My hope is that this whole thing will encourage the Doctor to visit Susan and we get to see Carol Ann Ford again as Susan

The Doctor: speaking about Regeneration: "Or sometimes we can hide ourselves away." Mrs. Flood: "I'm always...hiding myself away. :D" Plus her not being shocked when she saw the Tardis back when we first met her. HMMMMMMM!!! Just sayin', my theory is that Mrs. Flood is Susan.

I have a theory about how the TARDIS was compromised. Since this TARDIS is a duplicate created with the leftover play magic from the Toymaker, what if it always had some connection to Sutekh and the pantheon of gods through the same force? Everywhere the TARDIS went, a Susan was scattered there for some reason. Maybe this TARDIS was part of Sutekh all along.

No. Even in Classic Who Sutek was able to penetrate the Tardis.

The TARDIS has been making the strange noise since Wild Blue Yonder, so the duplication probably isn't the root of the cause.

Presumably Sutekh was able to use the piece of the TARDIS control panel that imprisoned him as a tether to escape space/time tunnel that forced him to live to death; I wonder how long of his life does he have left to him, and is he like Queen Xanxia in the past few moments of his life, relatively, for a being that has a life expectancy of tens of thousands of our years?

The doctor told Ruby that time lords can change their faces to hide away. Mrs. Flood says She is always hiding herself away. Her door is tardis blue with the number 4 above it. Mrs. Flood is a time Lord.

I feel like the seeming malevolence of Mrs. Flood is another red herring. We didn't see her again in the episode, so she wasn't a harbinger, and while the line delivery seemed sinister, she could be an ally of the doctor.

I really hoped The One Who Waits was The Trickster, even though, the hooded figure on Ruby road might be him. They called the God of Traps, and they kept saying in the episode that the probabalityy of a trap was rising. What if the Trickster is using Ruby somehow to compete with the powers of Sutekh?

Oh my God this was insane. UNIT has a new team, at least one will die next week Mrs Flood is either Miss Quill or the Rani. But her story will be the Christmas special. Her mannerisms fit both characters. Yes Sutekh is my favourite villain. The Whoniverse Thanos get the spinoff characters back ! We're in the Endgame!!! Love how Susan's constantly referenced only to pull the rug under us.

Take a closer look at the Doctor Who intro. You can see things either un-exploding or imploding as the TARDIS races past to enter the space/time continuum. I wonder what that’s supposed to represent after this week’s episode?! 🤔🤔😱
