5:39 So, that means the Voyagung Doctor IS numbered AS the 27th Doctor in the Unit Archives (because of war) or does Fugitive, Valejard and 10.2 numbered also?

@@TheForbiddenBackstage Fugitive isn’t apart of this universe as our universe diverges after the 12th Doctor regenerates. And the valeyard isn’t counted as a specific incarnation of the Doctor since they are their own timelord made from the darkness of the Doctor. Think of it much like how the 11th Doctor is counted as 11 but is technically the 13th incarnation of the Doctor. So The Voyaging Doctor within HG is the 28th incarnation of the Doctor.
