Honestly i would have put lego dimensions at number 1. It was an amazing experience, and showed that a lego doctor who videogame could be done. Also, im not sure if it was out by the time this video was uploaded, but the weeping angel "the lonely assassins" game could also go on the list.

This video was a long while ago now so looking back on it would be completely different! Honestly I would LOVE a Lego Doctor Who game! If another Doctor Who game is announced then I'll be sure to update this video!
