Most Fallout fans know that the Doctor was also referanced in New Vegas. During the Battle for Hoover Dam, if the player is on the NCR side and switched to the NCR Emergency channel they can hear the phrase, “Bravo Bravo Charlie, The Doctor is on the way!” Nonwho ian would just pass this off as a physician being dispatched to wounded soldiers, but to those of us in the know it’s incredibly obvious as Bravo Bravo Charlie is phonetics for BBC. There are also a ton of references in the sims games.. tho most have to do with item descriptions some are also moodlet based (like a Star trek reference when you drink earl grey tea in the sims 4 that is called “a cup of bold” the description next to it also says something along the lines of it giving your sim the power to go where none has gone before.. wich when combined are a reference to the line to boldly go where no one has gone before) in the sims 3 supernatural an item was added called the LLAMA wich is literally a phone box wich when playing in the world that came with the expansion allow you to travel to other lots. You can buy one and place it on your lot then you can allow your sim to use it in wich they get into the phone box and they are magically transported to a different one in the world (you can set this up yourself by just putting them across the world on lots) in the sims 4 there is also a phone booth object wich i believe came with the cottage living pack (since it is supposed to be the english countryside) that can be recolored to blue and looks a suspicious amount like the tardis. There's another doctor who reference in Fallout New Vegus involving the Y-17 trauma override harness enemies from the Old World Blues DLC. If you have the Wild Wasteland trait, they have a chance to say "Hey, who turned out the lights!?" in refrence to a scene from the Docor Who episode 2 parter Silences in the Laibrary and Forest of the Dead.

There are some other cosmetics in TF2 that honor Doctor Who or appear to reference the show. They have a Fez called the Familiar Fez which can we worn with the Dr Whoa bowtie. There is also a Chronoscarf(self explanatory) and the Spectralnaut which bears a strong resemblance to Silence in the Library victims of the Vashta Nerada. The Spectralnaut is a space helmet with a skull inside for the Pyro for Halloween/Full Moon Event mode. There have been other references but mostly in custom(non official) maps including an appearance of the Tardis.
