I do this exercise already, and it works, I am 61. At 53 I was using glasses. Now I dont. I do not see perfectly, but i can read and do whatever without glasses. but they way he described the exercise is slightly wrong. We all have a dominant eye. If we keep both eyes open, the dominant eye will work for the weak one. So the best way is to do the exercise with one eye completely covered so the weak eye will get stronger

Same goes with teeth. Lots of things we can do to fix our teeth that they'll never tell us about. Same with the stomach. They don't tell us that our immune system is in our stomach and eating junk ruins it. Best thing to do is the opposite to what they tell us... Why do you think they want to ban meat> It has zero to do with the climate scam!

My answer to your ? The image directly is limited, but when you open the door and step outside, your vision becomes much much wider like when we used to see movies on a flat screen, and then they became wide and curved enlarging our peripheral vision. That’s where I need better vision and also Reading a book is really hard for me lately because my left eye is always sort of blurry but I do have my appointment in two weeks and I’ll be anxious to see what’s going on. I am 77 and I know your vision changes more often as you age, it just seems that since I had new lenses put in three years ago and I paid a lot of money for it that I should not be still wearing bifocals and having vision problems before a year and a half goes by. One thing I do remember that really help when I was about 60 years old I went to Hawaii with my son and daughter-in-law, and we drove all overlooking at so many incredible places, and my eyes were getting back-and-forth and all around and up and down and I think that exercise over a weeks time greatly enhance my vision because it was very noticeable. I do think we all spend too much time looking straight ahead at our phones at our computers if we’re still working or at our TV screens, maybe we just need to get out and take a walk and look at everything all over much more often like every every day, the colors I see around here won’t be as enhanced as they were when I went to Hawaii and Maui, but it still gives our eyes the exercise we’ve been leaving behind. I am an avid reader so I went to get back to being able to read any size print within a normal range. I am tired of paying extra for extra large print, especially if there’s a way I can avoid that. I hope your exercises help.

Closed captioning helps to understand you TREMENDOUSLY - and your explanation of eye adaptation and loss of flexibility makes sense. However, the lens loses flexibility, and that's worse after most cataract surgery unless someone got a flexible lens. So starting this sooner rather than later could keep lens flexibility, and might help against cataract development, if no other issues exist, and could reduce them when yhey do.

Decades ago I had 2 pairs of glasses. One was basically only to correct astigmatism, and thus was for reading and any other up close viewing. The second pair were for long distance viewing, thus for driving, etc. Via my stubbornness, over the years I just ended up repairing and eventually replacing the old frames by myself. At one point I decided to use the astigmatism correcting glasses only. This exercised my eyes, and eventually they became my only glasses that I needed. I recently obtained new frames, but the astigmatism correcting lenses are now well over 24 years old. 67 years old, and my vision is better than it was 35 years ago.

Hmmm- I listen to this whole video but I still don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Do you want me to get three colors of felt pens and do something with them or wouldn’t it be easier just to say go take a walk outside every day and use your vision and your ability to Senior and far and look at everything in detail on your walk, at least my eyes will be getting more exercise than if I was someone who worked all day at a computer or sat inside only to answer a phone or watch TV or just watch a video where your vision is always in a narrowing state. OK now I’m at the end of your video and you’re finally getting to. Here’s an exercise to strengthen your peripheral vision. Maybe I should’ve type that in before I looked for a video. Thank you anyway for all your advice.

Exactly. All this translation is BS. Volumetric perception is created by the 2 images received by the both eyes. Window is still passing the same light even if its closed. Amd image is still 3D and depth perception is not affected. I think what he meant was that what they see when they focus on a point on the glass. But I am heavily giving him the benefit of the doubt.
