Bonnet’s “Take me with you” actually comes from the Minireenas as seen in some code for the end of the custom night when set to the “Weirdos” preset

The code doesn't say literally anything about the Minireenas as far as I know, and you have to take in consideration the fact that all the other voices when completing a custom night in SL are from characters that are able to attack you (Ballora,Funtime Freddy...) and the only animatronics that can do that in "Weirdos" are Bonnet and Yenndo,so it makes sense that it was in fact Bonnet who said the line.

I love how Ennard sounds like Baby because she is the most powerful but once she leaves them (or they get rid of her because they fear her) then what's left of Ennard becomes Molten Freddy and sounds like Funtime Freddy. Yes I'm stating the obvious but I think it's a fun fact. Most likely it's Funtime Freddy because Foxy would sound ridiculous and Ballora wouldn't work at all. But considering it's also using Freddy's face it could be he was more powerful or just more useful than the rest of them.

The Funtime Animatronics, personality wise, remind me of my screwball neighbors I had in my old apartment building in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC. The apartment building was a lot like the one from the Spider-Man movies (with Toby McGuire). My landlady was like Mommy Long Legs from Poppy Playtime.
