I wondered why I got diabetes because my parent, siblings aren't diabetic patient only exception is I love sweets. 3.5 kg baby normal delivery mam.still am panic whether I will have diabetes in future.looking forward to your diet plan, lifestyle to prevent diabetes.

Im currently 5 months pregnant i got 210 in gtt after 1hr and 151 after 2hrs. But pp, fasting and hba1c are normal ( hba1c shows 4.7) should i be worried about gdm and consider Dietary restrictions mam. Pls do explain because of diet and continued vomiting im not gaining weight
