A few months ago I had severe chest pain without back pain, my blood pressure was 185/104. My doctor was happy I came in and didn’t ignore it. Thank you Doctor Oz! Very important information. 😊

I suffer from anxiety disorder and everytime I have an anxiety or panic attack I think it's my heart, it's so scary each time even though I know with anxiety you'll be ok even if it can last minutes to hours. They need to have a test for people to instantly take to tell the difference between a heart attack and anxiety attacks. Something you can wear on your wrist or your fingers like a pulse oximeter to warn you of the difference. Anxiety attacks you tend to have more symptoms I've noticed the tingling in the arms, legs, constricting neck feeling I've experienced that as well as feeling dizzy like you're going to pass out...

Both of my parent's families have a history of multiple heart issues. Myocarditis, heart attacks, blood clots, strokes, heart pacers dueto heartskipping a beat, & many others. As a kid,i was never ableto run or jog, & walking up too high of a hill or roo many stairs hasalways caused many uncomfortable symptoms. Such as hyperventilation, my head spinning, feeling like im going to pass out, extreme fatigue, excessive sweating, severe pain in the knees like someone stuck a needle inthere & you cant remove it. My knees then get so weak they want to give out & someties have done so. Afterwards, i haveto sit down for sometime in order to get mystrength back. Then later on in the day, its caused me to feel so overtired & wide awake, that i cant sleep. This inability to sleep can go on for daysor even weeks after ive done that kind of exercise, & thats why i dont feel comfortable doing even that kind of exercise, either. The only time the pain in the knees goes away is when i stop climbing too many stairs, walking or biking too high of a hill or any size hill what so ever. Hi endurance sports i could never do even when i was school age. I could only play bowling, curling, etc... no basebell, volleyball, etc.... i get criticized a lot for listening to neurologists & endocrinologists who said that high endurance exercise wasnt good or safe for me. To tell the schools i icouldnt participate in phys ed. Ive even went up & down the stairs inside my sister's place & outside of mine 2 years ago when doing only 4 loads of laundry at her place. By the time i was done going up & down our stairs about half a dozen to a dozen times each i could hardly walk for about a month. My legs (especially my knees) were so sore i had to stay home all of that ti e because they were too weak to make my stairs outside. I never did anymore laundry outside of my apt. & have to do everything by hand instead, & let it dry by hanging in my tub. By doing laundry by hand iget extreme neck & shoulder pain & eventually lower back pain also. Always have throughout life. The lifting, wringing out, etc.... really aggravates my fibromyalgia & my neck & shoulder points all arou d have always been the worst of them all. Drs in toronto even confirmed this when i was 20. I hadpain like this when was as young as 7 yrs old, & was always told i was carrying my packpack wrong as i always put both straps on my right shoulder. My left side is too se sitive to any kind of weight on it, or carrying anything heavy with my left hand even. Im so right sided as a result. To add to that my mom has 1 hand which happens to be her dominate hand thats strong enough to accomodate for both, as 1 hand has a much weaker grip tha the other. Therefore, the slightest attempt to pick up anything with it, whether a cup of tea or heavier, will instantly cause her hand to let go. Shes left handed & sided, whereas i am right. My fibromyalgia makes this genetic issue iinherited from her even worst. Corelle dishes are fine, but the heavier ones, cause severe pain in my wrist & shoulders & therefore im more likely to drop them. Therefore, i dont own anything like that. I take a lot of criticism for not wanting a cleaning job, or any similar type job thats physical like that, that will either effect my bone density issues: fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, & now osteoarthritis. People think im lazy because i know by body & what isbest for it. Im 48 this month & that many yrs of experience with it, certainly counts for something. Ihave a very complicated immune system & itsnothing like anyone else's at al. 1 thing like this relative, 1 thing like another relative, etc ... but certainly nobody is my twin. Dr oz. What medical term what you call my type of heart issue throughout life? Could never swim as i hyperventilate too quickly, too much, & easily get tired, etc..., im curious asto what you'd call an issue like mine. Thank you. :)
