People are targeting Mamta Banarjee but She did whatever she can...She was angry that day for one child was died in front of a hospital in emergency situation but doctors was on strike. That's why she said people are dying start working now we will accept your demands. But doctors said come to NRS hospital and say sorry in front of us. After that she sent many people but they were in the same position. And finally BJP came in front. They send many guy and protest with bad word on Mamata and also spreading fake news against Mamata. I'm also a doctor. For my view there is a only solution that pass a new lay for doctor's security.

Hi, i am a son of two doctors, my sister is also a radiologist and i am also doing mbbs course. The actual issue is illiteracy and everyone in India thinks he or she is above law and they can get away with anything. One time a patient said to another patient that look '' iss doctor ne hamme loot ke apne liye audi kharid li '' but he did not understand that what he and my whole family had to go through for that luxury. We have seen a lot nights where my parents would stay in hospital to look after patients. And my parents who are 60 years old and have a lot of health problems because of high level of stress and physical stress at there work place. My father never said that he would not treat a patient. He always says this is my duty and when my father started his career hi did not had a vehicle also just imagine a ms surgery doctor only one in the city did not had a vehicle and money. But still he did what he could and still he has to listen from people he is looting them. People are always jealous of other's equity and capital

I am also a nursing officer , trained from safdarjung hospital , no doubt that every body whtr doctor or nurses everybody is working under pressure because of lack of manpower and rising population but , we should also watch our tongue when we talk , thinking of us as god , and talking rudely makes the whole situation worst . Government should recruit proper number of doctors and nurses to avoid huzzle but provide safety and security of medico and nursing staff as well as should monitor how the health care workers are behaving . We should watch both the faces not one .

If u cannot afford the fees of private hospitals then treat yourselves in a government hospital. In Government setup, u get a lot of facilities for either free of cost or at a extremely minimum costings. The problem is that u want everything nice and of top quality, bt when it comes to spend money for it then u start blaming doctors for it. Health services are being provided free of cost by government. Go there and take full advantage of it. If u are coming to private setup then don't expect charity from them. There is a reason why it is called private. U don't go to movie theaters and bargain for a ticket. Just like that don't expect to be treated freely in a private hospital.

I have consulted 30 Doctors in Bangalore in and around BTM Layout, wilsongarden, Koramangala... all of them display no ethics, even after charging high price they give new medicines to experiment and not reliable effective medicines that too which are very expensive although low cost alternative & reliable medicine is available just to earn money from pharma industry.. One doc carried surgery on me without proper Anastasia. That surgery is of zero use and charge high price.. They give experimental vaccines to kids charging high price, scared 😟 to take kids to doctors in Koramangala (Bangalore)

Some of the reasons of doctors being beaten up are: 1 Many doctors do not do the right diagnosis. 2 In case of emergencies, they have a very casual approach towards poor patients. 3 They are always trying to access the financial position of patients to flees money and get favors. 4 They are directing the patients to certain medicine shops and laboratories to get their due commission. 5 If they find out that the patient is very poor, their approach is that he is better dead than alive. 6 For poor patients, they ask their in-experienced assistants to deal with them. 7 They have very little or no human feelings and think that they are high up on the ladder of success and riches. So poor people do not matter to them. In nutshell, we all need doctors to treat us. However, doctors are frequently refereed by poor patients as those people who skin people alive.

My advise, don't handle so many patients. You can't even examine a patient so quickly. You'll miss lot many findings, patients will land up in symptom.relief but no cure. What's the point if you are just writing paracetamol, painkillers and basic drugs. A trained nurse can do that. You can't even listen to what patient is saying in such short time.

I’m a medical student and I just want to tell some of the things about our protests 1) donated blood to our hospital as a sign of protest 2)our doctors handled emergency cases as they normally do 3) some people make it a religious issue but I have never seen a doctor in my lifetime who has refused to treat a patient just because of their religion Even after all this ppl say doctors are looting us 200 rs and he didn’t even touch me for the diagnosis it’s our knowledge hardwork of 10 years in medical school(including PG) At last only thing I want to point out is doctors are just normal human beings like you they are not god or anything Thank you for reading my whole rant have a good day

Yes very nice interpretation of this situation. Being a doctor i also don't like to go on strike but it's a part of protest. All we need is doctor patient communication. All this happened because of miscommunication or no communication at all. We need more numbers of doctors so that we can improve quality of practising medicine but we need raam mandir. Rather than allowing ayush ane honeo doctor in mainstream medicine , government should increase post graduation seats in India so that more quality doctors will be available. Hope government will understand someday.

I am not a doctor, but worked in a super speciality hospital in the past. In majority of cases of violence I had seen is to avoid paying bills when patient is dead (who are brought in serious condition and chances of survival are less). The hospital bills in these tend to be high and some choose blaming doctors and hospitals and resort to violence to avoid paying bills.

I think people should be taught about 1. Yoga and its benefits. 2. Good food habits and bad food habits. 3. Good sleeping habits. And restfulness. If just these 3 things are taught to people not by imparting information but by practical application in an experiential way. Things will drastically change. Less people will fell sick which will result in less patients thus reducing pressure on doctors. (As a study proves that about 70% of the diseases are psychosomatic i.e. created by your own self) I think the best place to initiate people in yoga is during their school years or college years. As it is rightly said, " Catch them young" I think these measures will go a long way in not just improving health among people but making them more conscious more aware and more alive and more and more people will be full of life. This will definitely lead to highly exuberant and extraordinary human beings.

There is no excuse to physically assault anyone. If unhappy with the service provided, the concerned person should put a written complaint to the complaints department of the hospital. The complaints department should look into the issue and provide a reply to the complainant. There should be adequate security and inappropriate behaviour should be dealt with as per local hospital policies.
