I feel like in child abuse cases, the court should find a lawyer who hates the abuser’s guts. May not be fair, but you have to break some rules to get justice served.

If you go through life needing trigger warnings, the problem lies with you, not those around you. You need to work on yourself. Therapy, alot of it. And if you are already in therapy, you need more or a different kind. You cannot force the whole world or the internet to bend to your liking, instead you must learn the tools tricks to navigate the world without it affecting you negatively. Until you can do that, perhaps you should make some smarter choices in what content you partake in. Best of luck.
