Is doctrine ko lekar ek sawal hai mere andar mere pass a kese hai jiska execution of sale deed chal raha tha use dauran opposite party ne jameen bech de use per construction chal raha hai ab vah ja ki civil judge senior division ne yah kaha ki yah mere kshetradhikar mein nahin hai yah jila jaj ya Anya kisi ke Chitra Adhikar mehata hastantarit karne ki order Kiya hai ismein kya Hoga court ne ye order 4 sal bad kyon Kiya pahle kyon nahin kiya.
