Judicial legislation is run by so called "lawmakers" that construct protections for their own nefarious activities, and the run on effect of that, is other criminals benefitting from the loopholes that those "lawmakers" provide for themselves. Edit : i.e pedophiles receiving minimal sentences, because Lawmakers who are pedophiles themselves, have ensured that, should it be they who are exposed, arrested, prosecuted and sentenced, they will benefit from those loopholes they have provided for themselves, and receive only minimal sentences, and it is those loopholes, which other pedophiles slip through.

I think the justice system is effed up in most countries. I know in USA u have these damn child rapists who do a few years and get out to continue raping little kids only thing is they get better at getting away with it. U have murderers who are let out after so many yrs good behaviour. Then u have simple cases of some stupid drugs like marijuana and that person gets life or close. Its totally messed up. And from what I've seen in documentaries and news channels and other sources other countries are not that much different. So its not just their system thats messed up. Its all over. This whole world is messed up and lately its getting worse n worse.

I always thought 'crocodile tears' referred to people who could actually turn on the water works at will and fake it, that's why I said these monsters weren't even able to manage that even though their kids HAD actually died, even if it was by accident. Their disgusting decision to burn the house down was despicable but they probably didn't intend to kill 5 of their children yet they can't even feel grief for them.

Mindrolling I can't agree more it's like looking into pure evil.
@nightowl77778 жыл бұрын
@ Mindrolling -- You are correct in your understanding of the definition or explanation of the term "crocodile tears". Read on: Everyone has heard the phrase "crying crocodile tears". It means that the person doing the crying is expressing insincere remorse - either their sadness is not genuine, or they're simply using the tears to gain sympathy where none is deserved. This is derived from the fact that crocodiles weep while devouring their prey. Crocodiles do indeed produce tears to lubricate the eyes as humans do. They don't cry with emotion though. Whatever experience they have when devouring prey we can be certain it isn't remorse. Lastly -- the fire/arson was intentional -- the deaths were accidental (as a result of his recklessness). The children were his "meal ticket" to him never working given that he was given considerable money through Benefits. Any tears that despicable & disgusting "father" sheds are FOR HIMSELF at the predicament he has found himself in. His plan had been to rescue all of the children -- and to be applauded & recognized for his heroism. (He also wanted a larger house for his scrounging family -- and Council was taking too long -- this fire would force them into finding him a much larger accommodation.) Such a narcissist.

Philpot murdered SIX of his OWN children and he gets 15 years??!! I think the Brits need to get together a grass-roots movement for victims rights. How the victims of monsters like these must be felt to have been devalued. If philpot serves the seemingly usual 1/2 of his sentence, that equals to a bit more than a year per murdered child. That makes me so angry. Rest in peace, little ones.
@nightowl77778 жыл бұрын
@ Nancy -- His sentence was a paltry few years because he was NOT convicted of 6 counts of Murder -- but of Manslaughter. The Arson was planned & premeditated -- the deaths of the children were deemed to be accidental (hence "Manslaughter"). I believe that the Court should have looked at the "But For" rationale when sentencing this vile creature. It would mean that BUT FOR him having orchestrated the deadly fire -- the children would not have perished. (Maybe I am wrong in thinking it would have increased his sentence of incarceration -- but you are right, he could be released at the one-third or one-half mark of his current sentence.) My other desire is that he is serving his time in GENERAL POPULATION -- and not in Protective Custody. There is a code among inmates -- he would not walk out of those doors -- EVER. He would exit in a body bag, instead -- and most deservedly so.

Stuart? One question. My Father NEVER called me babe. Think most folks might agree with me that Babe is definitely a lover's term; certainly not a term of endearment from a grown man towards a young girl. Ladies- I pose this question to you. How many of you been called Babe by your father? Perhaps it's different in UK and it's normal for a dad to call a daughter Babe? Sounds downright creepy to me.

My father and uncles called me babe, and called their own children babe also. So did my Mom and my aunties. I have friends (male and female) who call me babe too. It's a term of endearment. Nothing sinister about it.

How can parents run out of the house without their children? I would rather lose my life making sure the children were out of the house, then just run out and leave them in there. I believed those two pub guys the first time they spoke. That press conference was a joke. If it was my children and I was crying, I wouldn't have just one hankie, I'd have to have a stack of them. My eyes would be blood-shot and my nose so runny and red. That woman hadn't shed one tear. The community cared more for those children then the parents.

When I cry like that I can go through a box of tissues, as they get soaked. It always makes me wonder how someone can manage to use just one for the whole sobbing spell - it tells me they are not really grieving. Jodi Arias did this too. Used very few tissues for a lot of crying.

Benefits , social housing & pension's for unmarried , were set up after WW 2, going into the '60's -'70's. I live in Australia , same system . I have no problem helping people who can't catch a break in life . But so many , these Evil Germs especially , that breed and take advantage of government aid makes me sick. And unfairly makes it hard for people that truly need it.

The scammers cost a very small percentage of the country's budget; MUCH less than the amount scammed by the rich and powerful, but they're too clever so let's stick it to the people who are living on the pittance handed out by the government. They're paid less each week than the allowance a politician is paid for every day they have to be away from home to do their fucking job! Of course they should get an allowance for that. Shall we talk about the lifelong benefits they get for sitting only 1 term? Of course they should get that, because they might not win the next election and therefore they don't have job security like the rest of us do. Um ... wait ... something doesn't seem right there...

Does anyone else find it spooky that in the Tia Sharp segment that when they show the tv interview with that monster (whose name I won't type) that as he is describing what he did the day Tia disappeared that the moment he said her name that suddenly dogs start barking? Gave me shivers knowing where Tia was at that moment and what he had done to her.yes I realize they were probably barking at something outside but animals so sensitive to those kind of energies and maybe that was Tia reaching out to tell him she wasn't going anyway.Shivers.

I know when I watch these shows that I'm going to end up crying because these stories are so sad. This is the 1st time I've cried from pure anger. I teach my child that the word hate isn't part of our vocabulary, hate is a wasted emotion because it doesn't effect the person you feel this emotion for it just hurts you & wears you down but I'm struggling here. I know feeling hate won't effect these animals & won't bring the children back but I have a rage in me right now that I can't push down.

There wasn't ONE single tear coming down that man's face. The tissue was still stone dry at the end of the performance, as was his face. His wife was totallly bizarre with her bottom jaw crooked over to one side - she looked like a 2 year old having a tantrum for not getting her own way. And every few seconds she looked at Mick as if to say 'Am I doing this right? Do I look sad enough? Is this what you want me to do?"

I watched this again after all the years and hope the brothers that tried to save the Philpott children are doing OK, I can't imagine their pain even today. They did everything that they could possibly do and are hero's for their efforts because they also helped in getting justice for those children when they went to the police, to shed light on the fact, that they could see through the lies of Mick Philpott and their suspicions and the phoniness they witnessed by Mick Philpott, that paid off in the end for getting some justice for the children and families. I pray for the brothers, that the heart ache they feel will fade. Mick Philpott and his wife destroyed not just the lives of his children but the lives of everyone involved and the two Butler brothers did more than they think. They helped reaffirm and even jumpstart the suspicions of police in getting justice for the children, when they told police of the fakeness and staged situation that they witnessed in Mick and his wife that night. They are heros in my heart and many others.
