Good video. The history of jute and it's mills are extremely complex. For the uninitiated maybe a bit more expansion on how the current crisis came to be would have been beneficial. You touched upon the lowering of ceiling prices by the Centre. It should be one of the main focus of the coverage.

On my way to school there were 3 Jute mills before 2011 .when I passed from school only 1 remained even that one is not functional all year round

After watching this video, you could still not miss the chance to do politics? If you had watched the video, you would have realised the issue is COVID. If you watch right news, you will see this issue is also present in UP. UP is a Bjp state. Also these people are from Bihar and odisha. why are there no opportunity in those states? The reality is that people are too busy doing politics and vote in people who are just intrested in power. Whether it is TMC or BJP or Congress. Unless "all" states develop and create jobs, you will continue to have this issue. But all recent government are interested in focusing on religion and ignore development. And people like you focus on leader worship.

@@4Nevyn i totally agree with you that covid is the main reason for the mishap but the the government in the bengal is doing nothing for these people. You haven't heard that the government had advice the authorities for not taking any infrastructure project that incur huge money without their approval this show that the government coffers are empty. The government donot show any interest in attracting industries to set up in the state.The fact is that the women who is running the government only think about appeasement and communal politics ,she will only ruin the state economy mark my word.
