What would you say to a person who's a college age but can only be a sparkle effect cheerleader
@BailesB74 жыл бұрын
Never give up! Some schools focus more on the sideline cheering than the competitive cheerleading and that's exactly what they want! Yes there are going to usually be minimal skills they ask for, but you never know! Do some research and see if that's something you want to do! There's always a HUGE need for someone who can pump up the crowd at a game! I loved sideline cheering just as much as I loved competition!

Do you have to have a full to make the team ? If someone has a strong standing tuck and layout and knows how to base and fly would you still recommend trying out even though they don’t have a full ?

niya powell It's not required to have a full, but it helps your chances for sure. The minimum is a running layout, two to layout, and 5 standing tucks in a row. Being able to base and fly elite stunts will also help your chances!

What is your opinion for those who kept trying out for years in cheerleading ( from middle school to now), they have the passion for it bit never made the team? Would you say they should give up on their dreams?

Never give up on your dreams! Everything happens for a reason. Work hard to get higher level skills, and build confidence. That's the best way to work towards making any team. Get in a cheer gym, take private lessons, and continue to be passionate!
