I love the way he mixes colors into his design. You are making Africa proud of you. I wish i could afford your suits. I tend to imitate your styles as much as i can. Thanks man. My parents are Ghanaian but i was born in Togo.

Ozwald encapsulates effortless style. Style is so much more than the clothes you wear, it reaches down into the imperceptible pool of your personhood and lets others drink from it. Show me a man who knows how to dress and I will show you a man who knows who he is. An absolute gentleman.

He's a cocky bastard. However, I have to grudgingly give respect to him and and his work. He has a unique flair for making stylish suits. Plus, he knows he can rock a suit or anything else he adorns himself in. However, I will stick to my grey, black and navy suits. more power to you Mr Boateng.

I did have a look at OB suits but you can't touch the old traditional tailoring. I had bespoke suits made by Steve Hitchcock and Andrew Ramroop and comparing the two to OB you will instantly note the difference.

Boateng suits are garish due to the use of silly colours. Savile Row has a tradition of creating elegantly designed suits and I like that fact that some of the houses are still preserving this. I had a suit made by Steve Hitchcock last year and wearing it really shows that you have unique tastes and not a flash bastard.

Not that is that significant but the fact that he has used "Burial - Distant Lights" for the intro is quality! :-)

Style is substance. If you don't understand that you're just carrying yourself through this life. Ideals and philosophies are stylish, thoughts are stylish, lives are stylish. 'Lifestyle' is not an accident of neology. History is trend. Zeitgeist reflects and creates who we are at a given moment, And zeitgeist is style. I'll stop now.

'No-one who makes suits is a creative' - what a stupid statement. So those who have studied for years in design or fashion courses at colleges or universities who end up designing for big fashion labels have no creativity? I'm a graphic designer but I'm going into men's tailoring yet I've always been told I'm highly creative all my life.
@GeraldSmallbear12 жыл бұрын
I'm glad you're angry, but I'd rather see you put your anger into individuation. Society has deemed you incapable of dressing yourself and taken the responsibility out of your hands. Just try finding menswear with a fraction of the creativity of women's and then build your own wardrobe and wear it to work. Find out how free you really are. Would you be able to dress yourself, would you even know wear to look? Would you try to dress foolish on purpose? Courage and Character, or shame obeisance.

@jollyroger1889 It is also important for you to note that black people play a pivotal role in the history of Britain; cast your mind back to WW2, the black participation was sizeable, and in particularly the fact that Britain was made great from the contribution of blacks. To believe that Britishness has a single racial connotation is quite a limited perception, and perhaps you should feel a sense of honour that what you deem to british transcends racial barriers.

He produces uniforms for people who don't have a choice. That's closer to Facism than creativity. No-one who makes suits is a creative. At least the makers of the Burqa are honest and not dripping with pretension. It makes me sick to see every man dressed in a uniform in a supposedly free society, it's a self-delusion, it really is, but of course Freedom is Slavery, isn't it.
