Merci du coeur Hugo! I am so touched by your passion and sharing this exquisite Italian heritage of brave artisan’s savoir faire. I am a mixed European: French- Spanish-Italian, my ancestors til now have been small designers and I still own sublime shirts made of fine lace hand crocheted by my great grandmother in Paris during late 1800’s!!!! I love the serenity and thrilling feeling I get when I hand sew my flamenco and Bellydancing costumes. It’s a magical process. That’s why I am always moved to tears when I see so much beauty created with attention to detail and refinement. I admire and get inspired by the Italian humble manners and that yet create masterpieces with such care and freedom! I dream to move to Italy 🇮🇹 and dance of joy!!! Grazie mille!! 🙏🏻

I'm a Brazilian guy who loves clothing, and specially the Italian tailoring. I got some Italian jackets and when I wear then it feels absolutely incomparable to any other jacket that I have ever worn. I love the passion they put into their clothes, and how each piece is unique. I'd love to wear my jackets everyday without being judged, because the majority of the people here don't have any sense of style and flip-flops are worn anywhere. So whenever I try to wear a jacket people automatically think I'm going to a super important event, sad.
@SARTORIALTALKS5 жыл бұрын
It is sad indeed, but you should stick to dressing well if you like it. Because it will pay enormous dividends one day or another Gabriel. Cheers! Hugo

God only knows how much you have shown me to see clothes and shoes in different ways! And you were right, it's an addiction. over 30 Shoes and over 20 suits and many many shirts, I'm now so bored :) The edge is gone! Maybe it's time to move on outdoor winter jackets. I do have one problem which is Tie if I make a nice knot and it will become to short on me, I'm only 5'11 but for some reason only a few ties I can make a great knot and yet still long enough to reach above my belt buckle. Zegna ties are the ones I have noticed are too short about an inch. But my French ties are a perfect fit and they knot well. Please make us a video regarding Ties and knotting and the occasions or each style and knotting. Hermes Ties are best in my opinion, so as Paco Rabanne. Thanks again Hugo.

Your suit is gorgeous. Is there a name for that type of blue/purple shade?
@SARTORIALTALKS2 жыл бұрын
Dear David, it's a suit by Sartoria Pirozzi in Napoli. This blue is a standard mid-blue (the bunch is Blazon by Drapers in Bologna). Cheers, Hugo
