Documenting Ego Disintegration

I don't condone the use of any drugs in this video
I made the personal decision here to embark on a journey of Discovery and to highlight any inner trauma.
this has only been beneficial for me so far
so I managed to remember to record myself this time but since I knew I was taking the highest dosage yet I knew this needed to be done
my method of prep is "lemon" tekking
taking dried "psilocybin cubensis"
crushing it into a fine powder and soaking this powder in lemon juice to extract as much bio active compounds I can to truly push me into the trip
I edited this video very superficially to further highlight and even add a little enjoyment to the viewer. this is simply to add a little more attention span to an already quite and odd video
this is my closest experience to "ego" death 💀
what I took from this is nothing is what you think it truly is. you are not your thoughts. you are not your feelings. you a simple observer.
a good analogy is from the TV show "what if"
Ultron is simply noticing the watcher who was there the whole time. he perceived him. it shocked him and gave him wonder

Don't use any compounds for spiritual experience, its like walking in a room with many things scattered here and there and the room is total dark, which will cause to bump over things metaphorically. I am not knowledgeable about spirituality but a spiritual teacher taught us this.
