Hi, within my CEAC account in the box where petitioners are...there is no column for civil documents to upload, recent ds260 completed, should I have to wait for NVC to actívate the start now burton? Or shall I send and Inquiry?

My case get approved by USCIS and I never receive any letter from the NVC 7 months ago. F2a category may be it's about the executive other I'm waiting for January to se what will happen.

No movement at NVC at all. I have my family petition stucked at NVC since March of 2020, until now still waiting for a welcome letter in order for me to pay for AOS fee.

my child last document "birth certificate is rejected" and nvc asking to replace it at their website. How long should we wait more for nvc to review it again so that it will be accepted? Pls answer my question thank you.

Despite long time passed i didn't get any answer. My pd is 9th Oct 2012 and visa category is f41 but i had already gotten my case creation letter where has an invoice ID for login in to the CEAC page. Actually i'm confuse by seen the numerical limitation massage . what will next??

Hi Sir, according to USCIS implemented the decision in 2019 that two or more DUI convictions during the statutory period could affect an applicant’s good moral character determination. Should I be worried about if I only had one during last 5 years? The conviction is even reduced from DUI to Wet Reckless Driving, because of BAC was just right on 0.08%, no speeding no accident, probation early terminated. My employer could also provide a recommendation letter shows I am a good boy. My naturalization interview will be in 2 weeks in Los Angeles, thank you!
