Sean Grayson clearly displayed signs of a PSYCOPATH. He had a clear disregard for orders and others. He worked for 6 agencies in a 4 year time span. Grayson had a history of misconduct in his previous department for FALSIFYING RECORDS (Felony), disobeying records, and reckless behavior. CAMPION BARROWS AND ASSOICATES fails qualified black officers and imposes his beliefs in his so called evaluations. CAMPION WAS DROPPED BY MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS FOR DISCRIMINATION. This company needs to be removed and is part of the problem. They are also a problem of racism in the hiring process for Police and Fire departments. Training, he never should’ve been rehired the first time. There needs to be a National database for police officers with disciplinary problems. Four months isn’t long enough to train to be a police officer, especially when it takes a year to become a licensed cosmetologist.

Right now it’s hard I had a friend in law enforcement say it’s only going to get worse after a lot of the cop shootings. I’ve known plenty of good guys who wanted to join but they didn’t because of the huge target on them. You could argue in this climate it’s riskier to be a cop than a soldier. Agencies are desperate to higher though so you end up with bad cops.

@@jakephillips4453 the cops didn't send her over, he point to his partner to look at it. and she got up do it. social media BS again. she said she was getting dressed, but she called the cops some time ago, so why didn't get dressed then, and she called the cops because someone was out side, but started cooking while she waited? ask you mom. ask your mom how long does it take for water to boil. as long as it took her to answer the door? and also ask your mom. what do you do if water boils over, does she pick it up and take it to the sink? or she just turns off the heat and maybe move it to a cold burner, and when a cop tells you hes gonna shot if you dont put it down and you dont. then he pulls his gun and tells you hes gonna shit. do you hide behind the counter still holding on to the boiling water, and media said she put her hands up, how she do that holding the pot with both hands? and would the cop have shot her if she wasn't still holding the pot of boiling water, now go ask a medical person, and ask them if 3rd degree burns aren't the most painful injury you can get. now after finding that out, and watching the video again, you can comment once more.

He initiated the conflict therefore under law he CANNOT claim defense. He was the aggressor and threat in her home. And if she threw the water she had every right to defend herself.
