Thanks for the video, however my question should be simple, is there another video where i upload a document in share point and simply send it according to a flow to docusign to be signed. I searched alot for it but mostly not able to survive due to just started working on the flows

Is it possible to download all documents already on the account instead of when a new document comes in. I am in the process of cancelling my docusign account and need to download everything that is currently there before I complete the cancellation. I have 100s of documents and don't want to spend the hours to download each envelope. Also, can this be done without purchasing the premium of Power Automate?

Thank you for the video. Is there any way to set an anchor field to Read-Only using the DocuSign Connector Add Tabs for Recipient? I've been successful in getting the data to read, but I do not want the recipient to be able to modify any values other than signing the document. I've attempted to input the "locked": true into the JSON of the connector, but it does not seem to honor that flag.

Great video! Question .. Is there a mechanism whereby we can choose which envelopes we download the signed documents from? I don't want to download ALL documents sent via a user's account, but rather just docs from envelopes created via this power automate process or perhaps with a common title etc. The trigger doesn't really give any filtering option so I'm guessing the answer is no.

Hi @robgarden! You can add a condition action before the get envelope documents action and in the condition action, check if the subject contains/ ends with a particular text that you are sending from the flow. Although, the flow triggers for all envelopes that get completed, you will just get the documents that match the subject processed through the condition.

Cause docusign demo is where all the functionality begins. This can all Be done in the production connector now

The second flow is triggered from DocuSign when the envelope status changes and maps the envelope ID from SharePoint data based on the envelope ID that got created in the first flow.

@TanuviShetty Using anchor tabs and custom JSON body, you can define which anchor tab needs to be populated with the corresponding Power Apps control.

hi, "get envelope" only works with a connector that has admin priveledge. Is there an alternative where any docusign users can do this with their own docusign envelopes.

@user-zp1lh4tg3c the connect name is just a text that is provided for the connection name to connect to docusign. You can then check it in the docusign connect settings

Hi, thanks for the clear info. Can you let us know how to use a Signing Group within the power automate flow? When a signing group is set up in a template and you use the connector "Send envelope using template", it does not recognize the names and email addresses that are part of the signing group and the flow returns an error. Is there a workaround or other solution?

@karoliengunst603 The native docusign connector with power automate does not support signing groups right now. However, you can setup a custom connector to send an envelope and then in the request for signature API call, you can include signing groups.

Yes, absolutely - These features will be available in the production connector within the next few weeks, and that will remove the watermark from the documents!

@henrygabriel7831 There is no easy way to deploy the flow from demo to production connector. This was an option when working with a custom connector to move from the developer demo account to a production account. Unfortunately, you will have to remove and add all the actions or re create the flow. Hope this helps!

I was able to connect the accounts and the files are saving automatically in SharePoint. The issue I encounter is that we have a DocuSign enterprise and it's saving documents from anyone in that account. Is there a way select the user profiles I can to include in this flow?

@ernestoalmeida3553 you can setup a custom connect configuration for this. You will need Power Automate Premium for this so you can trigger a flow when an HTTP request is received and the docusign connect configuration will then filter out requests that are sent. You can also add conditional branching in Power Automate using the native connector. This has a limitation though that you can only filter on data that is received in the trigger.

@riyaagrawal3586 you have to ensure that the docusign license you have supports "Connect" feature. Only using this, you can setup the when status changes trigger.

@PaoRulz You will need admin privilege on docusign account for this. Generally as a best practice, you can setup service accounts to send envelopes and retrieve the signed documents from docusign in Power Automate by authenticating docusign through the service account.
