General Bakshi sir, spot on. It’s very unfortunate and sad commentary and it’s an eye opener for the policy makers. There is no harm In accepting mistakes made, after all nothing is fool proof. But they should amend/modify/relook at the fault policies on recruitment. Now the nation is paying a heavy price. EGO is coming in the way, I guess
