Dude...life saver. A line was missing on My 96 b2500 318 with a similar set up, ac kept defaulting to the defroster..I was lost before this video. Good shit brother.

Holy cow thanks so much. Just bought an old 2000 Dodge ram van/wagon 3500. AC seems to be basically not working at all and air flow is all messed up. That said I don't know if the 2000 model has a similar set up, but going to see if these lines are going to where you have shown. Many thanks for putting this up and for showing how you figured this out. This is what KZbin is all about!

If this tubing are plugged to the fresh air flapper, than disconnect the tubing and close the flapper by hand. Last think you want the hot humid or cold air from outside comming inside your Van.

My guess is that you have low vacuum while accelerating and this is just a symptom. Google a bit. www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion-t21961_ds547756 may help.
