Dodge Avenger lights not working

Diagnosing wiring problems causing headlights and blinkers to not function.

This fixed my car! Thank you so much! My horn went out first, then my turn signal. It was driving me crazy. I eventually lost all lights on the left. I followed your video and found all my grounds corroded away... thanks again!

Here's the update- I had the same issue fixed the ground on fender. Put a new connector on the wires. Removed the extra grounds for headlights...Everything works now! Even my remote start is working again! THANK U FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO! YOU ARE AWESOME! Thanks again.

Mine was the high beam, low beam, signal light and then horn. I checked the ground on the strut tower and cleaned it up with no luck. Now I replace it. Been driving me nuts for a year and gave up and ran a new ground just stuffed in the harness so nothing was cut for the low beam and signal light. Hopefully this does the trick for me. I figured since everything looked good it must be good never put a meter in it. I’ll follow up when I check it.

Also looks like this isn’t on the inside of the engine bay on the strut tower, is it inside the wheel well?

I have the same problem. It was horn, low beam, high beam all at different times. I replaced bulbs and nothing. I was told the dealer may need to reset something, but it looks like a common problem. My simple issue is beyond my ability judging by this, and I know how much electric work costs.

The ground wire can be repaired without removing the headlight, the plastic fender liner in the wheel well can be removed to access where the ground wire is. It could be done in less than a hour. Thanks for watching 👍

i checked for current on the right side headlight wires, they have 12 volts, new bulbs will not work though neither high beam or regular, left side headlights work fine though

Take a closer look at the ground wire probably the same issue that I had with this car.
