PLEASE READ: I just removed the window motor without removing the whole regulator assembly. Remove the 3 bolts nearest to the motor. Do your best Stevie Wonder and Helen Keller impression when removing the 3 Phillips screws that hold the motor onto the regulator assembly. Listen to my advice, I did this job. Those 10mm bolts on the side are going to be rusted in place. They are not nessassary. Put a wrench on it and twist just a little when you hear a snap STOP(You'll bend the metal and be sorry) the small plastic tab will break off(no problem) then just dont bother putting it back. you don't need it. Otherwise this video is exactly correct. those 10mm bolts are just there to make it hard to do so you take it to Dodge to fix. My headlights have been installed 5 months and there fine as wine.

I'm always resueing dumpster and trash finds and bringing them back to life. Anything from laptop computers to lawn mowers! Nice to see that Bernzomatic getting new life. Ah, the things people throw away sometimes... A recent score was 4 industrial-type shop air compressors. Built 2 working ones out of the 4. Another was a vintage gas-powered Coleman generator. Rebuilt the carb, fired right up. I'm watching this video on a 17 year old laptop--a dumpster find. I've had this thing about 8 years now. Again, ah, the things people throw away sometimes!
