I have a crew cab dually with a 8' bed for towing a 35' flatbed trailer carrying a couple old vehicles of mine. I also use it on vacation so I can carry several coolers and several more crates and kennel. I have two to for people in the crew with a large dog, and we are full. I plan to get an RV trailer in the future (29' bumper pull weighing up to 12,000lb) and would really like to take along another couple family members (or a second dog) and keep the towing capacity of my dually with a 8' bed. Since I buy used, I wish a two row with at least an extended cab would hit the market. I'm a bit concerned about the turning radius (I like to go down rough roads in the mountains) but still think I need an improvement in passenger capacity.

I'm waiting for them to come out with a full three row with six doors and a one foot bed.

My father had a 70’s dodge truck with three doors on both sides and a third seat in it. This isn’t a new idea, it just fell out of use for a while

I'm not purchasing it but I think the overall concept of the third row in a pickup truck is sweet. Like you mentioned long as it doesn't compromise the functionality of the pickup truck, I believe Dodge really has an innovative pickup truck.

Third row trucks have been out there for quiet some time.. they are just custom built and usually on 3/4 or 1 ton trucks. So not new. Too bad this will be an EV and also not full 3 rows, It should at least be a 3/4 ton. People who drive these travel far and are pulling a bunch of toys.

Are they going to be calling it a crew cab club cab or a crew mega cab with a third row seat? And I'm sure you remember when Dodge used the club cab name.
