No on mine I thought the same but no it’s the Bluetooth module you need to buy a new one or take the positive off the battery and put it back on it should fix it

I put a new battery in my journey and the Bluetooth stopped working. I have disconnected the battery a few times to see if it helps but it won't

Yes all car radios stay on after it’s shut off, it’s only for a few min or if you open the door

My 2009 dodge journey does not have a fuse box in this location. So, your information saying all dodge journeys are the same is incorrect. 😢
