Put your own Security features on your vehicle, there are a wide variety of products, however, The best options are stuff you can do yourself. Fuel cut off switches, ignition bypass switches and shutoff switches. Removing or Relocating the Nuetral safety selector, relocating the OBD2 port or even putting a dummy port in the original place. This is ifnyou love your vehicle. It's no different from people who tune vehicles. It's up to you to secure it.

I was going to bye a new jailbreak 4 months back. The price was right and was listed at 78 grand. It was a white slim Bobby with the red interior. When I got to the dealership I saw the with the window sticker on the dash and it was at MSRP. Here in Texas where I am prices are falling at a few dealerships. I looked at a couple of slim body Hellcats the salesman said he'd let go at about 60/62k. And they were 2023's. The lot was flooded with them and no one was there shopping around. A lot of those cars have been sitting for months. In the next couple of months they probably be down to 50/55k. They are drowning.

Yup…back in late 2019. I was seeing slim body base model hellcats for 52k. And slim body base model scats for as low as 28-29 grand. Dealers had numerous of both on their lots. Widebody base model hellcats were as low as 57 grand. And widebody base model scats I saw as low as 37-38. I only searched for manual transmission cars. I kick myself for not snatching one of those back then for those prices…

Nobody can afford the inventory with the markup AND interest rates. Banks aren’t financing 20% ON TOP of a hyper depreciating car like Dodge cars. When the invoice comes out, the car payment is > 1000 a month and that’s with a 10-20k down payment which not many people can afford. Eventually prices will be cut to offset the interest rates and they’ll sell again.

I brought a Brand a brand new scat in 2020 for 47000. Ordered a new one in 2022 for 52000 they had a 2021 for 56000 with 11000 miles on it it's always smarter and better to order your car. U save 4 to 5k. And u pick what color u want the inside how u want it.

Unfortunately, I do not anticipate drastic incentives, primarily because these dealers have spent a ton on inventory. Incentives are usually made up in the difference from invoice and MSRP. If dealers have paid more for inventory, then there isn't much more room to incentivize. What more dealership are starting to do is drop the price but make up the cost on the back end with pointless warranties and protection packages.

I wanted to tell you something my 2016 Challenger started making a lot of noise here lately and it's gotten worse so we got underneath it and checked it out and the carrier bearing was completely Dodge 1300.00 for complete drive shaft be😮😢cause that's how you have to replace it unless you go with this aftermarket company to get a carrier bearing for like $300 or $400 but I found the whole shaft carrier bearing brand new in Canada 4 less than $400 shipped so when it gets here me and my buddy is going to attempt to replace it you have to take the exhaust completely or get it out of the way at least I've been told that this is a fla from dodge have you had any of these issues with the drive shaft or the carrier braring

I had to replace mine at around 128K miles - I bought the aftermarket carrier and been good ever since - now at over 140K miles - pulling the whole shaft is definitely a bigger job - whole exhaust has to be lowered, adjustable exhaust tone modules dropped for both jobs, but you need to get her up pretty high to change for both. The design is flawed from the oem - not being able to change something that will eventually fail and being forced to buy the whole shaft - changing the carrier will be easy next time with the aftermarket one, loosen the bolts and swap the carrier, done. If you're paying only $400 shipped for a drive shaft it probably is cheap china crap, don't expect good quality, and if you drive your car hard expect to replace it again. Good luck

Dodge must think they don't need incentives on the remaining Scat Packs & Hellcats.That's a little odd because there are more Scat Packs (~8,000) than there are R/Ts (~6,600) and GTs (~6,600). I can understand it a little easier on the Hellcats since there are only ~1,000 of those left.

I would actually want to see their profit margins, with 50% markup they may be at the same place financially that they were 1 or 2 years ago.

I know I’m not very happy right now... According to KBB and Credit Karma my ‘22 WBSP with 9,000 miles has now lost $20K in value in just 16 months of ownership. I’d thought I’d put enough of a down payment and subsequent payments to get ahead of the loss, but not to be. Now I’m pretty much stuck with the car in the event I’d want or need to get rid of it!
