There are a ton of places you could put it honestly and you would be fine. U could use some self tapping screws or even get creative and zip tie to the frame.

Technically they are supposed to be used to help navigate through rough terrain if you are off roading and need a spotter to see under your vehicle...but also they look really cool! Lol!

The Ram we put it on has had it installed for almost a year with zero problems. Just try and remember to shut it off on the app, but honestly either way it uses so little power I wouldn’t expect it to be an issue.
