Two items to make this a little less painful.... #1 For bumper side disassembly, just remove the center plastic push pin clip and loosen the two bolts to pull the side off. You don't need to remove the bracket all the way out. #2 For white plastic bracket under the headlight, that is just a mounting bracket for headlight pin that inserts into plastic bracket. After removing the top two bolts, hold on firmly to headlight assembly and gently rock and pull out the headlight, it will come right out. you can also use a plastic trim remover to pull the lower headlight housing plastic pin out the bracket. When re-installing the headlight, just put a daub of oil on that plastic pin to aid the insertion. In 2017 during midcycle change, Ford changed the headlight housing and the headlight bulb access is angled up, making it MUCH easier to get to bulbs.

Just bought one. Love it, but looking for extra foam orifices, but thus far no luck. Did find some 1.5s, but haven’t checked the performance with them yet. Bottom line though is almost 1k psi and over two gpm is perfect for car applications which is all I care about.
@AutoHeadz
@AutoHeadz 8 күн бұрын
Yeah it’s definitely a beast. Let me know if you find some orifices that work well for you. I’ve been using the 2.3 all summer. So far I’m very happy. Only gripe is the size and weight. I need to get it mounted and stream line my setup because moving that thing is a beast.

Everything above a half millimeter of the surface really helps if the ghosts of space comet debris happens to stop by while you're washing. Otherwise, you're just throwing into the drainage system. Foam is a load of BS to sell crap to morons. Try junior college chemistry/physics (English wouldn't hurt) and think about this before hitting the pipe.

I don’t know if you’ll see this but I need help. I bought the simoniz platinum 1800 psi pressure washer. I then bought the Uber flex hose which fits super nicely onto the machine although when running the water it’s crazy how much water leaks from the insert nozzle. I then tried buying a quick connect kit to hopefully fix this and it didn’t help. I don’t think it’s the machine itself because the original hose works just fine.

So are you basically saying a Glock 26 has less recoil than a Glock 34? I think your theory on the “torque” discrepancy standpoint is wrong.

@@AutoHeadz your comparison between the two guns prior to the testing referring to the weight, length, and compactness of the active made it sound like you would have less torque in a shorter compact body and build.
@AutoHeadz
@AutoHeadz 21 күн бұрын
Yes. The active gun is easier to manipulate and feels lighter because fittings that connect to the pressure washer hose are on the inside. This shortens the distance between the connection point and the hose. It’s difficult to explain but I promise it is a substantial difference. I explain what I meant better in this video at 3:05 kzbin.info/www/bejne/iaqWl5uJgNODmqMsi=zJTsUw73oOOvgDUx A shorter more compact gun has a torque advantage from an outside force. To reference your pistol comparison. If someone grabbed the barrel of the G19 and then grabbed the barrel of a G34 what gun would be easier to torque out of the shooters hand? The bigger gun with the longer barrel would be easier to torque out of the shooters hand. A short gun is easier to maneuver with attachments than a long gun because the weight is closer to the center point of the gun. The longer the gun the wider the weight distribution, the less maneuverable it becomes.

Are these flexible hoses for lower pressure, pressure washers or they capable of 3000psi use? Most demonstrators are using 1800psi washers. I've seen comments that they reduce the amount of your pressure washer because they are to soft for high, 3000psi, use. I see they are rated for 3000 plus but at what cost?
