A lot of thought and time has gone into the tooling for this windshield frame, and it has turned out very well. Hope you keep your tooling , as you will be able to sell frames. Very well done Rob.

Well done Rob. Over the ditch here in NZ, I use similar processes to manufacture 37-39 Ford screen frames. I use stainless, and polish them. But hugely time -labour intensive. As you will already know.

How do you hold the glass in the channel from rattling and be water tight? ive got a 47 dodge windsheild frame trying to get glass in and have thin rubber seal material, cant figure out how to get it all in, its a 2 peice glass so theres a metal seperator in the frame too with a challe in it
