They were broken in the sense that they were refusing to redesign. The current 2024 Ram 2500 still uses the cab and bed from a 2009 Ram. The 2024 Challenger still uses the same body from 2008. You can keep the power while at the same time modernizing the car.

I know we have to change to electric for the enviroment, but how do you know that the electricity that you use in your car comes from sustainable sources? Electric motors have considerably more horsepower than ICE engines due to the more efficient power delivery, same with acceleration as unlike ICE engines, Electric motors are always at peak torque, they don’t need to rev up for 2hrs before getting to max power.

the reason why there stopping is chrysler (the owner of dodge and jeep) is making a full commitment to EVs (even though they arent all that helpful because of the way the batteries are made) so they are started production for an EV charger or challenger wich so thats why they are ending the trailer for the charger looked like dodge made this decision themeselves but no chrysler forced the dodge company to stop making the v8 hemi and v6 and v10s due to this new commitment
