Painted his nice wheels, sprayed the grill, added stripes and called it a day. Didn't even redo his beat up steering wheel or interior, so weak. I thought Ryan mentioned exhaust, what happened? Or they saw the 3.6 and said forget it, not worth the hassle. Should've done an interior upgrade, updated stereo, fresh lights from a new Durango etc. This wasn't tasteful, it was just a waste of everyone's time. Also, why limit yourself to 2 days and make it a surprise?? Should've told him up front, asked for his input and took time to get all the parts, put it together without rushing it. I hate half ass work like this all because "surprise". Who cares...

@WCC - Team : I have a little "critique" / suggestion to make for these Videos. I like the concept, what you do for your loyal customers. Length of the Videos is fine too. But please do some work on the *volume levels* when you edit the Videos. I have to constantly adjust the Volume on my PC. Music sometimes too loud, people talking not loud enough. Yes i understand the problem with the masks and people not being equipped with Lavalier Mics. Still should be possible to make some tweaks. Other than that: Looking forward to the next Video. :)

I really love these new series, and always been a fan of West Coast Customs when they were on tv. If they are doing this specific to that dealership, MOPAR has a specialty parts aftermarket parts service coordinator that can help with bolt ons (like wheels, grilles, headlight upgrades to LED, bumpers with or without fog, interior upgrades to include head unit). A conscious decision should’ve been made to keep the customers OEM wheels in tact before sanding the original polish off and powder coating them a loud color like BLUE (the wrong Dodgers blue at that). If you are crushed with time, have the dealership call the VIP customer (just like all dealerships do any other time) and make up an excuse for another delay so you have MORE time for your “refresh”. Stop handing these customers rushed over sloppy jobs that a DIY’er can do in their garage over the weekend (headlight refinish) with some spray paint (grille) and vinyl kit from eBay for $50.

They sound is just all over the place. Also one time the plates are blur out after it was already shown then back to visible again.
