It's not an ethnic, but class issue. These street folks are ghetto that's all. A true Dodger fan celebrates at home responsibly w friends and loved ones. Follow the example of Shohei who cleans after himself or any trash he sees lying around. Vin encouraged Dodger fans to celebrate peacefully in 2020. But nooo, this type within our raza will have no part of it.
