The cheerleading is mostly seen only the professional sports like baseball, basketball, volleyball in Korea. The cheerleading group starts from the elementary schools for football and basketball games in US, but it starts mostly in college sports games in Korea. It is so fun to watch not only the game in live but also the cheerleading performance and comments from the cheerleading leader in Korea.

I am living in Houston now. I am very excited that Korean can watch MLB game in Seoul. I love baseball. Baseball is most popular watching sports in Korea. As a Korean I much appreciate MLB's dicision to hold opening game in Korea.

As baseball fan, this is such a great move by MLB to play overseas in Korea and spreading the game. Baseball is huge in Korea and I hope there will be more games played there, especially my team, SF Giants! LET'S GO GIANTS!!!!!!

you was at 1b dmac! I gave up all my vacations for a year to watch this Dodgers game in Korea. And I felt so good to wear my old 1999 Chanho park uniform, wear a Dodgers cap, cheer, and shout "let's go Dodgers" with baseball fans in Korea like LA citizens. I wish see you in today 2nd game(i will go all four dodger games). have a good time D mac lol.

That and more Asian food at the stands. I mean if they just rented out their space to pop ups who served food from 4-10pm, it would be so much more delicious. Many pop ups would love to show up and only serve for those hours and make a lot more money

Their names are from the left. These are Woo Suhan, Ha Ji-won, Park So-young, and Lee Ho-eun. She is a great cheerleader for 99Ryu Hyun-jin's team, the 🦅Hanwha Eagles. It is the home base of the Daejeon area.

@@ibestrokin*have u seen the Savannah Bananas vs the Party Animals??? It's like the Harlem Globetrotters for baseball... They just recently sold out where the Astros play & I was pretty shocked to see it was so popular, just the amount of fun everyone was having... It was also cool to see so many young people be that excited for baseball even if it wasn't the MLB, just the new interest in baseball & the amount of everyone was having was refreshing to see... U can look up the game on KZbin if u wanna see it... The sold-out game that was at where the Astros play, Roger Clemens even pitched... Def cheesy over the top stuff but damn, it was still just baseball at the end of the day...

A Korean Cheerleader Lee DaHye went to Taiwan last year to ply her trade. She was considered the #5 influencer and product endorser in the country. Supposedly all told from everything, pulled in $357,000 US. She has a KZbin channel with over 700,000 subscribers. Wants to be a singer. Put out 2 music videos in the last couple of days. Her moves make most cheerleaders look they have arthritis. A real cutie in Korea is Choi Hongra. A KZbin channel called Peach Road has a lot of her. Pity she cut her and went back to her I assume natural black. Over there it is family name first, then your (to us) 1st name. Lee DaHye is usually called that. Hongra is good enough and everyone knows who she is. There's a video short of her from last year with 11 million views. I've seen some opening day video from some Korean teams waaaay high up in the sections in front to the cheerleaders. The cheerleaders look like ants. The energy level is off the charts.

Ohtani is pounding the strike zone, just not at the ballpark. He's not deferring the big bag right now. He used to spray the ball to all fields, now he's just pounding the middle. He's working on his backdoor slider. He needs to start barreling the baseball, he seems to be swinging on the high hard one.
