I know we all have PTSD from Cartaya, Miguel Vargas, and Outman when it comes to our position player prospects but Zyhir Hope and De Paula truly seem legit. They are hitting the ball hard at extreme rates for teenagers that haven’t even grown into their body. Both have good plate discipline to accompany that power. This is some real big boy power. Not the Kody Hoese stat padding in OKC type power. Nothing is guaranteed, prospects are always suspects but those two are the best chances to turn into stars

Ward never got that final piece needed to make it over. He just couldn't get that chase rate and bat speed going. Bobby Miller might make this list as well this year???? All eyez on me... I mean Frasso too. I really hope he can start where he left off...

I also heard Outman was mostly seen as a glove-first guy anyway. His rookie year seemed like an outlier for sure. Too bad it was..

Anthony man all those 2020 dodger rookies were Ned Colleti draft picks. The only position player that Freidman has selected that has stuck is Will Smith and thats it so far.

On the other hand we became much better at developing young pitching after Colleti left.

​​​​And that was only because we sucked ass that year and had a good draft pick. Name one other top pitcher he developed. Any good pitcher we got in that era was from free agency or trades besides Kersh. Meanwhile Friedman has done Buehler, Gonsolin, Urias, May, Stone, Pepiot, Ryan, Miller, Sheehan. The list never ends now for young pitching talent. Colletti is a great guy who was likely held down by ownership. But his pitching development was just bad for the most part.

This is why we can laugh as Dodgers fans, They do everything GREAT until this ownership and front office leaves you can’t stop them, A salary cap won’t stop them either
