Dodgers: The 2024 Rule 5 Draft Eligibles - Who To Protect?

I know you said relievers dont really get protected but they went with Jack Dreyer. You think they want him for a honeywell, knack role this year? Weird to protect him for a late year showing as a one innin reliever

I was surprised but I also felt he could be drafted. They are short of lefties an the upper levels.

Hunter Feduccia last year and Jack Dreyer this year went against what you thought LA would do. They certainly are hard to pin down sometimes. Duran and Rosario have high upside I could see a team taking a chance on, Gauthier a high floor guy I could see teams taking too.

@NickMorgan-gp2xx they are a challenge. I’m always trying to figure them out. Sometimes, I definitely can’t figure it out.

tbh, If any of these kids get drafted, it's a good thing for them and their families. I hope the older guys who are not in our immediate plans go get a chance to make a career out of baseball. That's what we all hoped for when we were kids, afterall.
