As he is talking, the ball is hit down the line and banks off the wall making it an easy double. Maybe Verdugo plays that the same way even with full concentration, but he didn't seem ready for the ball to hit the wall and redirect. And maybe even if does play it clean and anticipates the angle, it would still be a double. But something about that all just seemed awkward. And I can't be alone in this, but I don't feel like this enhances my TV experience. @@Coqui-Cariduro Dodgers will 100% choke again in October... but the Yankees probably won't even be playing in October. Judge probably has about 3-4 good weeks left and then he'll be out for the remainder of the season with some injury and Stanton will be hitting like .215 by then

10:55 you can clearly see he was safe at 3rd base, his foot is on it and the ball is very clearly still in the air. I was skeptical when watching that call in normal speed so I slowed it down and hes safe 100%. Bad call that would have completely changed this inning and the game as a whole

The replay showed that his left foot was blocked by Cabreras foot and the other foot was in the air…he was out

@@zeetmeist9380 that isnt what I saw, but if that is true then he should be safe regardless bc a fielder can't block off a runners basepath to the base and get in his way when he doesnt have the ball. If what you claim is true really happened then he blocked his slide and he should have been safe

@@adamlorentz8569 I don’t think it was intentional, Waldo’s foot was positioned in a way where Pages foot hit into it.

Tyler Glasnow showed the World why he is the number one pitcher in the MLB. The Yanks avoided that Sweep in this Game nice Job.
