Dodging Sniper Fire in Afghanistan

We had received sniper and machine gun fire from a village during a route clearance operation.
No soldiers were injured.

I mean dude its a fuckin desert for the most part, no way to tell where they are fighting anyway and Im sure they are smart enough to scrub .exif data from the videos

Holy shit that must have had been really scary! My father went to Sudan back I. Those days but I don't think he ever went through anything that bad besides be shot at while in a Herc... Anyway thank you for serving our country and keeping us safe!!
