@iainsbricks Friends, city space, princess leia helmet £48, but didn't excite me. Lol, there was a batmobile for £15 but the box was extremely bashed all over. There was dreamzzz camper van £21.50. Several other dreams sets like you got from £18 to £9. Boring.

My local Sainsbury’s normally has about half of one side of one of the toy aisles dedicated to Lego plus there might be the odd set on what looks like the reduction end cap of the aisle. When there is a special event like this one they have the normal set up plus extra end caps set up and a section of the main entrance aisle dedicated to Lego. One question came to mind seeing you put the money in the bank and that is do you keep a separate account for your Lego transactions or do you just deposit the cash into your general current account?

Hi Barry. It was interesting to see that one of the Lego displays with sets on offer, was exactly the same layout in every single store. They must have instructions to do it that way. I put all the money my standard current account as I don't have a business account yet.

It really does just depend. The gwps I got were extra / older ones. Lego.com will normally tell you what generic gwps are available

Great video Iain! Now that The Entertainer is in Tesco stores it seems that Lego is no longer sold there. Tesco's loss as I liked to pick up the odd set there every now and then.

Nice day out LEGO hunting and making money … perfect!! So next Saturday at a service station on the M4 yeah? 😂 I did manage to get lucky on Thursday and pop into the big Sainsbury’s near me and grabbed four of those Batman sets … told the lady at the checkout I had four kids!! 😂😂😂 When is your next event and are you doing any towards the end of the year?

I normally only sell at Brick Fairs and Events. This was a bit of a one off after the guy had seen a video, by someone else, that I had a particular set he was after. Due to the size of the sets he wanted, It was easier to deliver rather than post out.

Hi Tim. Thanks for your comments. Yes, I have seen the Simba sets at Argos. I've ordered a few already. The large Batwing hasn't gone up too much after retirement, so you should be able to pick that up from ebay or at a show without paying over the odds.
