Just thought of looking up the name of this cartoon I haven't seen since I was a kid. I'm 47 now, but I remember this used to show on channel 9 (CFTO) toronto. They also used to one called "The Land Of Oz". Great memories though..thanks for sharing this.

I just read this was aired on TV in 1965 ,and was on various channels into the 1970's. Colonel Bleep aired in 1958 on TV. Some of us may have seen new DODO cartoons shown with old Colonel Bleep cartoons on various cartoon shows in the mid 1960's.

I remember it to being shown during the mid-1970's in the United Kingdom. I always thought he had springs on the bottom of his shoes, but viewing this today has dispelled that myth. Thanks for this rare posting.

WNBC-TV, Channel 4 in New York, indeed scheduled "DODO" on Saturday mornings at 8:30 [just before the network's line-up began], from 1966 through '69.

wow. WOW! I used to sing this eating cereal in the morning...I was about 4 or five!! early 1970's. until now I thought maybe I was making it up !! Now all I have to see is Philip and the white colt

OHHHHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYYY GOODNESSSSSSSSSSSSS..LOL! I watched DODO as a kid and everyone I have ever asked - in adult times - if they had ever watched DODO as a kid, had no idea what I was on about. This is the proof I needed to know I didn't just dream the things I watched in my childhood years!..THANKS!!!

Luno the winged horse and the boy , Tim was produced by Terrytoons. The cartoons are on youtube. I'm sure you saw them by this time (2019)

I remember that one. Now that you mention it. It was kind of a crude animation but trying to be somewhat slick? Sorry but I can't tell you anything about it though, ie: where to find it.
