Willis Hodges It is a beautiful school but, tough to work in that environment. The principals that led the school, made it difficult for staff to be free in addressing issues of concerns. However, she failed over the years to attract the right principals for the school. In 2010, the school had the most racist white principal who not only hated black teachers, but made it difficult for everyone in the school whom she didn’t want, by terminating their contracts. Again, It wasn’t Oprah who terminated the contracts of the teachers. Racism was rife under that racist principal such that a lot of staff left during her reign. The staff left because they either resigned on their own or their contracts weren’t renewed. The staff lived under fear. The principal then employed more white staff than any other race😏😒😞🙁😕😟... this is so in most of the private schools in South Africa

I watched an interview of a black celebrity awhile back, cannot remember who it was but he went onto say, that Black entertainers - movie, tv or music.. don't ever get to leave the industry on a good note - they've always had their names dragged through the mud on their way out. So looking forward again Lifetime coming out with a new doc on R Kelly 2020 and here comes Oprah with Russell.
