These videos pack so much into an under 20min videos that it is truly amazing. It was a pleasure to watch! I like the stories of the chefs almost more than the knife making and love the custom production for them. Don't get me wrong, I had a blast watching. But I wanted more of his story told. Could be his and your personalities though! Quiet and dedicated, which I can get behind as well. If I was part of the discovery channel I'd offer you a ton of money to do an hour episode every 3 months till you met all the chefs you wanted to!
