I'm blown away, is not just the great story telling and editing of the videos, the history and the knowledge. It's that on top of that the knifes you make are incredible looking and functional. What you do is amazing and all the chefs that have the privilege to be on this series are so fortunate. Amazing work.

The "marrying" of steel and wood is sublime. The videos are inspirational to watch and showcase a blend of amazing skill, creativity and humour not to mention an appreciation for the history and backstory of the chefs involved. The patterns that emerge in both the steel and the wood are pure art which complements the incredible sharpness and functionality of the knife. Love watching these projects.

These videos are amazing. So well made. 1. Shows the chef and their skills, 2. Explains the knives and their importance. 3. Shows the process of knive making. 4. The reveals. These videos pack so much into an under 20min videos that it is truly amazing. They are so well edited that I am not sure which is more impressive - the knife making skills, story telling skills or video editing skills? I am excited for the next videos❤

It was a pleasure to watch! I like the stories of the chefs almost more than the knife making and love the custom production for them. Don't get me wrong, I had a blast watching. But I wanted more of his story told. Could be his and your personalities though! Quiet and dedicated, which I can get behind as well. If I was part of the discovery channel I'd offer you a ton of money to do an hour episode every 3 months till you met all the chefs you wanted to!

Your videos are great! Personally, I'd like to hear a bit more about the materials; what makes Damasteel so unique? Why is it only made in Sweden? You explained the burl very nicely, but I'm also curious about the rest of the blade.
