Might be a dumb question but after you get moving and you shift from say 3rd to 4th do you use the clutch lever or just gear up?

You don't have to use the clutch to shift at all... Regardless of the rekluse auto system or a stock clutch. All bikes we're purpose built to be beat up I've been riding since I was 3 and have never had to use the clutch for up shifts or downshifts, but currently I use the clutch for fun and for my riding style. My dad was an expert AMA flattrack legend and only need the clutch for taking off and stopping. This kind of racing using the clutch to shift only slows you down, mind you he has never had any clutch or transmission problems at all. So basically what I'm saying you don't need the clutch at all.

So are you gonna go with Rekluse over Screamin Eagle for the Fat Bob? I know kinda offtopic but last fat bob video I talked about the clutch for the Chubby Shuttle and you replied, so thought I might ask since you did this. Screamin Eagle kit was 225$ and the rekluse pack for the harleys are 450$ Would you go with the Rekluse(non automatic one) for the Fat Bob too?

When you let off while riding do you still have engine breaking with the Rekluse?

Almost a year late and I’m sure you know the answer by now. You will have engine break as long as the engine doesn’t get down to idle speed. If it does get down to idle speed, you can blip the throttle to get the engine break back.
