The most annoying myth about ADHD and sex I've had to deal with is that we're "more promiscuous". There's so many factors to go into one's sexuality, and there's nothing wrong with having multiple partners (romantic or otherwise), as long as you're open and honest about your needs and how everyone is feeling about the whole situation. It can be tough, but like good sex, it takes communication and trust to get things going.

Psychology and therapy have been very helpful for many people but the key is to find the right therapist for you to work with. We're sorry you haven't found the right one yet.

Depending on where you live, sure,it can cost, but even still, utilize youtube then and do self help, or books too, there are ways ​@kenholt8297
