Thinking that the colder months often can mean less humidity in the air, hence, drier nasal and air passages, hence less effective bug control inside of those…. I once read that it’s easier to catch a bug in an air-conditioned environment because of the reduced air (and so nasal passage) humidity. Could this be another mum-myth? Not sure ☺️

One fact you questioned last week related to mobile phones on airplanes, recently it was suggested not to overcharge them which can in some phones cause overheating of the battery, how would the crew deal with a smouldering phone on a plane?

I disagree….getting cold, makes you body vulnerable. It takes lots of energy to reward yourself once again. As you said the viruses LOVE cold bodies….hence, while you’re in the vulnerable state, it’s easier to receive a cold virus & for it to take hold. Various bugs take hold while our defences are down. Keep warm folks.

There is nothing on this show that can’t be googled in a shorter amount of time….besides most of what is on the show has been covered by other shows.
