Cali does have proper BBQ you just have to find those gems it's not mass produced here from South to North you have everything from direct smoke to offset bbq

Great video ,i've rode motorcycles for years and i smoke and sell bbq. Love the concept bc i wanna do the same thing here in Louisiana. Riding to different new restaurants and eventually to texas to do a roadtrip bbq crawl ride to goldees blacks , snows and a few others. Keep up the content cant wait for the next video. I visit California a few times a year so i definitely will be watching to see where to try if im ever in near where you go.
