Hello sweetheart!!! I wanted to write and tell you to stay strong and hold on! Baby girl, I had Stage III Hodgkin's Lymphoma when I was 20 years old and I have been cured for 25 years now... I had a year of Chemo, 5 surgeries and kept pushing on but know that it's​ one day at a time... don't sweat the small stuff, sweetie...you have bigger fish to fry and nothing... and I do mean nothing, is more important than you and your health! I've said it before but I wish I had your positivism. I'm older, heaps older, 27 to be exact, and have been "battling" mental illness since I was 17, quite tired by now and struggling to stay positive. You remind me of someone who sadly lost her fight, she was as bright as a light as you are. My best wishes with this new round of radiation, saw you still have a few to go. x

Romy I just wanted to say hi and tell you that you that you aren't alone. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety with suicidal ideations my entire adult life. Sweetie I'm even older than you😱 oh gosh yes I am lol I've been really having a hard time since Christmas and I can't seem to fight it off. Sophia is a true inspiration but sometimes with mental illness as I'm sure you know you don't always have a choice in being positive we can won't it so badly because no one wants to feel like this! but you can't always feel they we you want. Good luck on your journey and I hope that you have many many more positive days than these ugly ones! 😘

My depression has been very present and bad lately, I also have generalised anxiety and an eating disorder -of which thankfully I'm getting the handle off after relapsing although it makes it all so much harder. I truly wish I could stay positive since then it'd all seem to have a point, plus the older I get the harder it is not to feel like a failure. I lost so many years being ill and in treatment it's hard for me tor elate to people and also most just don't get it. Wish we mentally ill people could have a support system like Sophia does but we're all always so down haha. Hugs to you and thank you so much for this comment, feel quite isolated. Romy i want you to know you aren't alone. i have what used to be severe clinical depression, I'd say it's at a moderate stage and had bee. for several years. and suffer panic attacks and social anxiety. along with bpd, and pmdd. i have to keep a strong conscious look on my behaviors and thoughts towards myself and others. I'm also a recovering alcoholic the past 5 years and keeping strong. proud mom of 2 girls and grandma to the sweetest little boy and I'm turning 37 in august. I'm presently losing my mom in law to cancer and we've been given a time length of hours/days. it's been a nightmare. i did a video update for my subscribers yesterday. i adore this young ladies positive strong perspectives. her smile is great. i hope you too stay strong. xoxo

Actually, someone made a full reaserch about how thinking positive is related to treatment effectivness and the results turned out to be exacty the same as So Fia says. It’s definitelly connected. There were 2 groups of people, and those who were thinking positive survived more often than the other group.

If you use terms such as neutropenia, you also have learned a lot about physiology. Many people become depressed from chronic pain and the prolonged fear of severe diseases, but you show strength and positivity. Even though it is tough for you, you still see the joy in the world and in your life. Importantly, you share this perspective with others who love that about you. Stone Johnson Vlogs I’m not in the cancer community but I am chronically ill, I guess I assume people know weird medical terms that I use regularly lol. (Like I told my friend earlier I just pushed some DW50 and felt a lot better and he though I said WD40 and thought I’d absolutely lost my mind and like needed an emergency room lol.) But I do have J and G tubes, a port, a compromised immune system- so definitely things in common with a lot of cancer patients, which I know partly from so many people seeing my line and asking if I’m going through chemo (which doesn’t seem appropriate?) and because my brother’s in remission from medulloblastoma. Thanks for taking the time to answer even so much later. I missed these videos, my big brother side always kicked in for Sophia and bittersweet to see them again. Hope you’re doing well. ✨✨✨

Please follow Chris beat cancer. My mom is also a cancer patient and we decided not to treat conventionally (chemo/radiation) and her tumors have shrunk. She's changed her diet to a plant based, supplements , fruits etc. please look into it. Wish you the best ❤️
