I believe very strongly in MCDC as our coach. He is the best we've ever had in my lifetime. Having said that, it's also important to remember that no one is perfect. In a championship game, you must assume the other team is as good as you are. 4th and 2, I would have gone for it as well. 4th and 3. . . you gotta kick that one. They just stuffed you on 4th and 2. They are good too. Adapt and overcome. Dan is the man but I think he still has room to get even better. Im all for guts and grit but being smart has a place as well.

SF kicker Jake Moody missed a 48 yarder mid first quarter. The ball was on the 28, that would have been a 46 or 47 yard attempt. Michael Badgley If I am not mistaken would have been kicking in the same direction. Michael is a 60% from 45 or more yards.

I absolutely want Dan Campbell to be himself and call plays according to his gut. We have made most of them work. And Id their was not those dropped balls in the NFC Championship were playing in the Super Bowl. But, yes I hope he can be more calculated on his gambles. Nice topic.

No, why change what is working? Would love to see him go for it a little less on 4th downs. But, in that no man zone 45-45 go for it. But with a kicker that can nail a 60+ yarder more times then not. Maybe kick it early in games. Late in games down by 3 with between 30 seconds and 2 minutes I think you should go for it.

We shouldnt change anything. MCDC prides hiss coaches and players keeping their identity. That is detroits identity, going all out and leaving NOTHING on the field. MCDC has brought this team a hell of a long way and im with him.
