Does DISC SELECTION Matter?

I have a crazy theory that a disc golfer can throw anything and make it work. Putter roller? Sure. Midrange thumber? Yeah, no problem. The way I tested this theory was by letting disc dice choose my drives on the front 9 holes at Hollows South in Manchester, NH and then comparing that to a throw where I carefully selected my disc.
Did my theory pass the test or was it flatter than a sheet of rice paper?
